Our client, a leading Global Financial Institution, is seeking a highly motivated legally trained professional to join the financial products transaction team.
This is a newly created role. Best in class onboarding and training. You will be part of a team, supporting the group on managing legal transaction management to specialised Asia focused debt-structured debt products, including structuring of transactions, negotiation of transaction documents and managing transactions to completion.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law with at least 8-10 years working in a law firm focused on banking/DCM or in-house corporate Legal experience with an investment bank.
- Strong execution experience—assisting with negotiating deal-specific legal documentation (structured note documentation, loan agreements, term sheets, NDAs, and mandate letters)
- Good knowledge and understanding of Banking Act, SFA, Financial regulatory requirements
- Strong verbal, written communication skills and analytical skills
