The Role: 

My Client is a leading Investment Bank and we are looking for a Compliance Director to join the team in Singapore. We are looking for Compliance candidates who are keen to grow their career in an international and long-standing institution and you will be given the exposure across the Compliance function with proven leaders in the industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and spearhead new Compliance framework within the business
  • Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
  • Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
  • Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
  • Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm
 

You must:

  • A bachelors degree in a reputable university
  • At least 10 years of experience in a Compliance role – Capital Markets is a must
  • Experience in FICC is a must
  • Strong understanding of regulations.  
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
