Join a leading, strong performing insurance group in their journey to transform and integrate their digital business for intermediaries and customers.

As Vice President, Digital Leads Acquisition, you will be contributing to the group's digital business strategies via driving strategic omni-channel approaches to effectively target their group of customers. Your role will hold digital acquisition sales targets and lead the acquisition strategy to execution and optimisation. In this role, commercial acumen and ability to engage, collaborate across senior business stakeholders  is integral.


Key Responsibilities : 
  • Lead a dedicated team of growth marketers to deliver organisational goals around sales and optimisation.
  • Lead the digital acquisition strategy and execute campaigns to deliver the acquisition targets
  • Drive sales via the online sales platform or analytics driven campaigns.
  • Drive personalised omni channel programs (email/push/in-app/media) delivering segmented notifications that are proven by both quantitative and qualitative measurements.
  • Lead the execution of the test and learn agenda across product, creative, media and digital customer experience.
  • Partner with Agency channel to optimise sales conversion from the acquisition campaigns.
  • Partner with the Digital Marketing and Engagement team to engineer a communication framework relevant and impactful to the customer.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing Team to optimise digital and performance marketing.

Desired Skills and Experiences
  • Degree holder and bring at least 10 - 15 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and/or customer acquisition.
  • Digital sales/e-commerce experience would be highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of martech/adtech stacks tools and capabilities necessary to work big data across the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results that is timely, relevant and effective, and strong people and project management skills.
  • Exemplary leadership skills to be able to lead, influence and partner with teams across the organisation to drive this new strategy and framework.
  • Possess sharp business acumen, strong analytical, good decision making and problem solving skills.
