As Vice President, Digital Enabled Sales you will be contributing to the group's digital business strategies via driving strategic omni-channel approaches to effectively target their group of customers. You must have both subject matter expertise in digital marketing and strong project management skills to successfully lead, strategise and customise digital content production for all digital campaigns in this role. This will be driven by data and digital capabilities. The role in view would be a demanding and yet rewarding career opportunity for experienced marketing professionals, as you will be part of a centralised team and help build and shape a digital marketing vertical under this division. 

The Job
  • Develop digital enabled marketing strategies to drive acquisitions, re-purchases and persistency with omni-channel approaches.
  • Responsible for all media buy and performance marketing solutions across the company.
  • Contextualise and lead the digital content production across all digital enabled campaigns using data driven choices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage on data and analytics and platform capabilities to drive optimal customer digital touch-points to drive customers engagement and sales.
  • Responsible for engagement and sales KPIs of all digital enabled sales campaigns.
  • Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
  • Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
  • Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
Desired Skills and Experiences
  • A Degree holder with ideally 15 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing or digital marketing.
  • Strong business acumen, good collaboration skills and an effective team player is a must to succeed in this role.
  • Great project management abilities and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong in problem solving.
  • Demonstrate excellent stakeholders engagement and management skills 
  • Results orientated profile 
  • Takes initiative to constantly improve and embrace, reinvent for new changes
  • Open to reviewing digital marketing professionals with non-financial services experience too. eg FMCG , ecommerce industries
