An opportunity has come up with a leading investment services firm for a Valuation Controller (Real Estate).
The incumbent will work closely with the investment team to ensure valuations are in line with market standards, enforce proper documentation for financial reporting purposes and identify any discrepancies in valuations. You will perform analysis on property appraisals and conduct market research to ensure valuation accuracy.
The ideal candidate comes with at least 6 years relevant experience in real estate valuation. Financial modelling skills will be a pre-requisite for the role. Strong communication and analytical skills will be essential for the role as you will be required to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders.
