The role and responsibilities:
- Lead the engagement in organization design, skills and workforce transformation
- Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value
- Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills
- Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities
- Support team engagement and well-being, build a high performing team
- 6+ years’ experience in HR consulting across various domains
- Exposure to working in the areas of Organization Design, Skills and Workforce Transformation, building upskilling plans and strong project management
