A global bank is seeking a Transfer Agency Officer/AVP to join the team.
The Transfer Agency Officer/AVP will be responsible for maintaining the fund and shareholder register and capturing investor dealing reports in the fund. This team will perform client servicing and some other functions within the Transfer Agency function for mutual funds. The processing function may be performed by an outsourced team hence you will be responsible for ensuring key management reports and KPIs are met.
Candidates should have at least 4 years’ experience to perform for the role and 6-10 years’ experience for AVP. You should possess strong knowledge for core transfer agency process such as client onboarding, AMK/KYC, transaction processing and investor servicing etc. For the AVP position, candidates with team management experience, strong stakeholder management skills and able to have a keen eye for improving the control environment will be highly considered.
