Our Client is a leading global bank with strong international presence, seeking a Head of ALM Risk to join the team in Taiwan. This senior Risk leader will come with proven experience within the ALM and Liquidity space. This is a high visibility and business critical role as you will be leading a team based in Taiwan.
Reporting directly to both the MD in Taiwan and Country SRE, you will ensure the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive set of frameworks, policies, processes and practices for effective management of market and liquidity risk across all business/support units within the Bank.
 

You will:
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree from a well-recognized institution; further qualifications advantageous
  • Have at least 12 to 20 years of experience across Treasury Risk, ALM, Liquidity Risk etc in a retail/corporate banking setting. 
  • Espouse strong leadership capabilities and be comfortable communicating with regional stakeholders.
  • Have experience working well with regulators and local authorities in Taiwan.
  • Have experience leading a team of varying seniorities
  • Be comfortable with both English and Mandarin as language of instruction
