Our Client is a leading international bank, searching for an APAC Reputation Risk – Ops Risk/ERM Senior Officer at SVP level, working very closely with the head office. This person will influence the bank and its businesses’ strategic decision-making processes, mitigate any predicted risk issues and address related escalations, based on defined key risk indicators. They will also oversee the implementation and subsequent performance of the bank’s risk policies and processes to minimise associated risks across all business lines.
You will:
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) and 10 to 15 years of relevant working experience in a similar setting.
  • Preferably possessing proficient operational risk background (strategic risk, reputation risk, control risk, concentration risk) and incident reporting
  • Be very comfortable liaising with stakeholders across all seniority levels
  • Have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, and excellent mediation experience
  • Be skilled in Microsoft Office tools; data analysis and interpretation will be expected
