Key Responsibilities:
  • Build segmentation and coverage strategy for Commercial Sales organization and program manage all necessary steps to operationalize the strategy on field.
  • Leverage business planning cycles to collaborate with a set of stakeholders from APJ and Global Commercial Sales organization.
  • Involved in Annual Business Planning
  • Translate World Wide Sales Strategy to APJ, and be the voice of APJ Sales organisation
Key Requirements:
  • Min 8 years of experience in Strategy in large organisations
  • Involved in annual planning, working closely with business stakeholders
    Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, clear written summaries, and region-wide communications.
  • Ability to define, refine and implement sales strategy and planning processes, procedures and policies; and cross functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management.
  • Experience with the systems/tools utilized for business planning and reporting.
  • Expert level in Excel.
  • Ability to create simple, scalable solutions to difficult problem
  • Excellent project-management skills
  • Hands-on and willing to “roll up their sleeves”
  • Min Bachelor’s degree in related field, and MBA degree is a good to have
