Are you a strategic finance leader ready to shape the financial future of a high-impact business? We are seeking a dynamic individual to head our Financial Planning & Business Control function - someone who thrives on building performance cultures, driving analytics, and unlocking business value.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analytics: Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Leverage data-driven insights, KPIs, and visual analytics to drive strategic decisions and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Strategic Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to terminals and key functions - identifying growth opportunities, conducting performance benchmarking, and guiding capital allocation to maximize returns.
  • Investment & Project Oversight: Lead the financial evaluation of investment proposals, including financial modelling, IRR analysis, and CapEx accountability
  • Internal Controls & Governance: Shape and strengthen the company’s financial foundation by designing and overseeing robust policies, internal controls, and compliance structures that align with best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Finance Transformation Leadership: Spearhead finance modernization by enhancing systems, streamlining workflows, and embedding continuous improvement into every process to unlock long-term value.
  • Team & Talent Development: Inspire and develop a high-performing FP&A team. Build a culture of growth, innovation, and resilience—preparing your team for future challenges and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will hold a CA/CPA qualification and a degree in Accounting or Finance, with at least 12 years of relevant Finance Business partnering experience. Industry-specific experience will be highly valued, especially within complex, asset-intensive environments. Proven leadership experience and comfort working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, evolving business are essential.
