Our client, one of the fastest-growing European brands, is serving in Academics (Higher Education), Govt and Healthcare for their Research Management Solutions.
 
As the Solution Sales Director, you are responsible for the current year and long-term revenue growth of the solutions portfolio. You will partner with the C-suite (Research Directors, VPs, University Leaders, Heads of Research) to consult them on university strategies to positively influence the company revenue and brand. In addition, you are responsible for maximizing the service/execution and renewal of our client’s product for the targeted territories. 
 
To be successful in this role, you should come with:  
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in successfully leading sales teams made-up of varying seniority, skills, and knowledge, including managing managers
  • Senior-level person (gravitas), with sales experience at executive levels 
  • Background in complex solution-sales (SaaS) approach - “consultative selling” 
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Experienced in working in an international matrix organization
