You will leading design workshops with the client, resolving design issues, understanding the client's business model and processes. This is a client-facing role so you will have to build strong relationships with the senior client stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Main Responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing and leading requirement gathering workshops with clients
  • Providing innovation leadership and influence in the design of client-centric solutions
  • Managing the client review and sign-off process for the suite of functional documents and artefacts
  • Taking overall responsibility for the documentation of functional artefacts
  • Building strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and internal Product Management team
  • Keeping abreast of product & regulatory changes
  • Preparing and delivering training sessions to the client's business users
Required Experience & Skills
  • Minimum of 6 - 10  years' experience within the financial services industry in a client-facing role.
  • Experience working with a financial crime software platform.
  • Client-facing experience is essential including delivering presentations and product demonstrations, running workshops and managing client's expectations
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and able to communicate confidently and effectively at any level of the organisation.
  • Experience of software development lifecycle practices (preferably Agile)
  • Advantageous to have knowledge of financial regulatory topics, ideally to include AML, KYC, FATCA, CRS, and related topics
  • Advantageous to have expertise in industry standard modelling tools and methods
