Our client, a leading health insurance organisation, has recently acquired a smaller competitor and is focusing on integration the people, processes and technology into their company. They have appointed a Program Manager, internally, and now need a delivery-focused Project Manager to help develop and execute on the project plan.

To be a success in this role you will have a good blend of the following skills and experience:
  • 5-7 years’ experience as a Project Manager with well-rounded technology and business focus
  • A strong understanding of technology integration and interfacing with IT stakeholders
  • A pride in keeping to scope, using relationship building skills to bring the acquired company on the journey
  • Broad financial services experience with insurance experience preferred
  • Experience delivering in blended Agile/Waterfall
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement capabilities up to senior levels in business and technology
  • A low-ego, delivery-focused Project Manager with a willingness to roll your sleeves up and deliver
With an acquisition of this size, you will have the opportunity to experience an end-to-end integration, gaining exposure to all stakeholders across two businesses.  The initial engagement is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a salary package in the $160K to $180K range, inclusive of super.
