The Role:

We are partnering with a diversified group with an expanding global footprint to find a dynamic corporate counsel with sound experience on real estate development projects. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a growing and high-performing corporate legal team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the group’s expanding real estate portfolio.
 
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in property development and management, including acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, construction, financing, leasing, and regulatory compliance. You will lead and advise on full-cycle transactions—handling legal documentation, structuring deals, managing external counsel, and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions. Beyond real estate, you will also contribute to broader corporate and commercial legal work across other business verticals.
 
Requirements:
  • A qualified lawyer with at least 10–15 years of post-qualification (Singapore or England & Wales) experience, preferably gained in a mix of private practice and in-house legal roles within the real estate or infrastructure sectors
  • Strong experience in land lease agreements, property development, and corporate real estate transaction in Singapore
  • A commercially-minded lawyer confident in handling complex negotiations and high-value transactions.
  • Strong communicator and stakeholder manager, able to build trust across all levels of the business.
