Our Client is a seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to spearhead its activities in renewables investments and oversee all transactional and M&A activities. This exciting position boasts a global mandate and you will be working very closely with the Investments team on all transactions.
You will:
  • Be legally trained with at least 15 years of relevant working experience; prior experience in a major international law firm or in-house at a multinational will be advantageous
  • Have commanding expertise in M&A, transactions, and general corporate law.
  • Have knowledge of  investments and acquisitions in Carbon, Sustainability and Renewables spaces
  • Be comfortable working both collaboratively and independently within a fast-paced environment
