The Role:
A renowned brand that has been predominating the luxury retail market is currently looking to hire a Senior / Legal Counsel for their APAC regional legal team.

In your new role, you will
  • Provide legal advice to the business leaders on the development of the brand and implementation of new business initiatives; provide practical solutions to issues arising during daily business operations
  • Prepare and review a spectrum of general commercial contracts and legal documents in relation to the retail business, such as marketing materials, leases, brand licenses as well as collaboration or service agreements, for the countries in the APAC region
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders and support teams to identify, address, and communicate legal risks
  • Keep abreast of the latest development of laws and regulations which are related to or affecting the retail industry
  • Deliver training to internal business units from time to time


Requirements:
  • Hong Kong qualified lawyer with around 4 to 7 years’ PQE and solid in-house legal experience
  • Familiar with luxury retail / FMCG / hospitality industry
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
