Our Client is an established global private markets asset manager looking to expand the corporate legal team with a specialist data privacy commercial lawyer.


The Role

You will:
  • Have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant working experience in the financial services or technology space; experience working as a data privacy specialist counsel
  • Sound experience in contract drafting and advising clients on a wide range of subject matters across data privacy, corporate and IP
  • Robust knowledge in data privacy laws is required, particularly in Asia and Australia
  • Work well in cross functional teams
  • Desire to work in fast pace environment
