Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Senior and mid level Digital Business Analysts to work on a range of customer facing programs. 

We are seeking an experienced Senior & Digital Business Analyst to work across the onboarding of new banking products and existing customer offerings. You will have the experience to address business focused activities against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

The Project

You will work on a range of digital led projects that might start as a discovery phase to define the scope, then will follow for a phased approach to will deliver enhancements, change and uplifts to the existing customer and backoffice portals. You'll be running as a mature Agile feature team with the PM, developers and testers.
 
Key skill set/experience:
  • Digital BA experience is essential ideally within financial services or a customer orientated domain (mobile, applications, portal etc)
  • Agile experience
  • Strong all-rounder Digital Business Analyst
  • A strong communicator with strong stakeholder management
  • Strong process mapping/re-engineering experience
  • Self-starter and delivery focused
