Our Client is a global MNC firm providing a range of tech and security related services for clients across sectors. Your main responsibilities would be to draft templates and negotiate agreements, including but not limited to MSAs, technology, cybersecurity SaaS agreements.  You will be part of the commercial consultancy team working on services integration and value add.
 
 You must:
  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university;
  • Admission to the Singapore Bar, min 6 PQE
  • Excellent commercial skill negotiating, drafting IT services agreements across client and supplier (security services and outsourcing)
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, SaaS Functional understanding cybersecurity industry, including security technologies and legal issues related to cybersecurity services
  • Strong understanding of IP, Data privacy and transactional issues
