Our client is a financial services organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver products, service offerings and innovation. Due to an exciting new program of work, we have an immediate opportunity for a permenant Senior Business Analyst with payments, merchant or/and product value chain (pricing) expertise to deliver enhancements that are anti-risk and compliance driven.
The focus of the role is to support the end-to-end review of the customer product pricing and billing lifecycle. This includes working with key stakeholders across the business to develop business requirements and facilitating reviews. This is a hands-on opportunity which will allow you to obtain exposure across various elements of merchant processes.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the definition, elicitation, prioritisation and validation of requirements and design of business processes
Defining and driving ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes
Managing the development of detailed Business Requirements, Business Process Specifications and/or System Functional / Non-Functional Specifications that will drive the change to business process, system enhancement / development activities
Prepare business impact and risk assessments
Experience required for this role include:
5+ years as a E2E Business Analyst including process, ideally from a financial services or banking with strong product exposure
Diverse stakeholder management and engagement with risk, compliance and product teams
Root cause and gap analysis
Process mapping and modelling
Experience in an Agile delivery environment
Exposure to product value chains
Regulatory and compliance exposure
