Regulatory Reporting Senior Project Manager with BH-169667

Responsbility

Deliver the Transaction Reporting Regulatory initiatives front-to-back with associated controls to meet our regulatory obligations. Ensuring deliverables are executed on time and on budget.
Manage formal program governance with associated routines, roles and responsibilities between technology, operations and business sponsors.
Delivery of presentations for communicating progress, risks, issues and dependencies to key stakeholders and business sponsors.
Work with operations partners to analyze and refine the regulatory requirements given by regulatory authorities.
Translate and simplify the requirements for the technology teams to understand.
Resolving technology stream issues and/or escalating where appropriately.
Perform feasibility analysis, project scoping and planning, identifying alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization.
Oversee the on-going regulatory reporting obligations and ensure sustainability.
Communicating key updates and accomplishments to senior management and recognizing key contributors

Requirement

More than 13 years of IT experience and primilary in Technology Project management area
Knowledge in reguatory reporting, Transaction reporting will be a plus point.
Demonstrates ability to build strong partnerships.
Can influence business partners and peers, as well as Technology partners.
Can operate at senior levels as well as detailed levels. The ability to go into details and analyze trends for root causes is essential.
Proven ability to work as part of a team and manage delivery of complex, projects in a matrix organization.
Strong technology delivery capability, solution design, E2E program/project delivery to problem solving.
