Our Client is a well-established PE Asset Management firm serving a good clientele of institutional investors. You will be part of a team of structurers in Singapore. This team is responsible for developing innovative investment structures and funds for clients globally. Representative projects include, the establishment of investment vehicles (LP and other investment funds), design and formation of bespoke investment structures, implementation of credit facilities, review of regulatory frameworks, negotiation of customized client mandates and participation in marketing meetings.
 
 You will have:
  • 3-6 years of relevant work and industry experience
  • Draft and review agreements, offering documentation to investment structures (funds, mandates, financing solutions)
  • Negotiate T&Cs with service providers and clients
  • Research tax, legal, regulatory and accounting considerations relevant to clients and products
  • Manage complex structuring projects
