A market leader in the Life-Sciences industry is seeking a Regional Finance Manager to join their high-growth organisation.  

 
This is a team management role, where you will be taking charge of the finance team in all regional accounting operations & strategies, while liaising with stakeholders in the region. This involves the monitoring of existing workflows and processes while finding ways to improve them. You will also be overseeing the organisation’s taxation activities, and reporting standards. Lastly, you will engage in global company-wide initiatives as a trusted project lead.
 

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Accountancy and Finance and be CA or CPA certified. A minimum of 8 years of relevant finance experience in controllership. Team Management, regional coverage and SAP experience is a must. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are integral.
