The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a 1 – 3 PQE conveyancing associate in their firm’s real estate team. You will work in a team of experienced real estate lawyers and conveyancing clerks. The team advises corporates, government authorities and public bodies as well as individuals on all kind of land and property transactions, including second-hand property conveyancing and tenancy matters.
Requirements:
- You must be a Hong Kong qualified solicitor, ideally (1-3 PQE+)
- Experienced in second-hand property conveyancing, leases and tenancies
- Proficient in English and Chinese
