  • Mandatory: Relevant working experience with a leading investment bank or private equity firm
 

Responsibilities would include: 

  • Part of firm’s transaction team; involved in all aspects of originating and executing transactions, monitoring portfolio companies and evaluating follow-on transactions and exit opportunities.
  • Conduct research, identify key opportunities and due diligence items in new investments
  • Financial modelling and analysis, company valuation
  • Create presentation materials for firm’s investors and investment committee
  • Forecast and monitor operating and financial results of potential new investments /portfolio companies
  • Assist portfolio companies with developing and executing strategic growth initiatives
  • Interact with investors, lenders, third-party advisors and senior partners of the firm, as well as senior management of acquisition targets and portfolio companies.
 

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • University degree or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 2-5 years of relevant working experience, with a leading investment bank, private equity firm (Investment banking/ M&A leveraged finance and financial sponsor backgrounds)
  • Industry experience in Infrastructure, TMT, digital is advantageous
  • Exceptional financial modelling proficiency and analytical capabilities
  • Close attention to detail coupled with strong presentation skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, positive attitude, work ethic and ability to multitask
  • High level of maturity and integrity and hard work ethic
