Responsibilities:

  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
  • Liaise with external fund administrators to cross check NAVs, distribution amounts and to coordinate the preparation of management accounts and financial statements for review
  • Assist with the computation and reconciliation of financials where required
  • Assist in reviewing fund documentation for ongoing compliance with reporting obligations, regulatory policies and internal best practices
  • Support KYC requests on new investments, onboarding investors and periodic reviews
  • Portfolio monitoring of the funds’ investments, which includes reviewing the business and financial profiles and results of the underlying company, news and development of relevant industry etc;
  • Provide analytical support to the investment team and perform ad-hoc investment analysis


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience ideally from fund administration or asset management operations
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or business
  • CPA qualification preferred but not a requirement
  • Solid financial and accounting knowledge is required
