Our client isooking for a PMO Analyst/Co-ordinator to support the Program Director on a major transformation programme working with outsourced delivery partners.  You must be comfortable to hit the ground running in a complex and fast moving programme.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Programme Director and workstream leads to track and report on delivery progress and financial status, risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions, consistently across the program
  • Support planning and estimation activities with workstream leads, developing a programme plan and view
  • Collation and preparation of material required for status reporting, stream meetings and Catalyst Steering Committee
  • Involvement in schedule and dependency management
  • Deliverable management and quality assurance – completion of the RACI, development of program artefacts, managing and maintaining document repository and sign offs
  • Support identification, documentation and regular review of risks, issues and dependencies across the program
  • Administrative support in coordinating and booking project meetings, material distribution, preparing minutes and action follow up
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (ppt, excel, word), Microsoft Visio, Confluence, Sharepoint JIRA etc.
  • Assist with on-boarding staff for the project as required
Attributes:
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role preferably within Financial Services sector
  • Demonstrated experience at program-level delivery
Over and above the specification, the candidate must have a strong outcome-focus, a really positive attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and deliver.
This is a permanent opportunity with a base salary up to $120K.
