The Role:

Our client is seeking an Operations Manager for their Hong Kong office. As the Operation Manager, you'll be responsible for managing our facilities and operations team, ensuring that the office is always in compliance with government regulations and safety standards. You'll oversee the repairs and maintenance of the facilities, as well as manage the procurement, vendor management, and records storage. In addition, you'll manage the client services team, including reception and conference room monitoring. You'll be responsible for organizing and managing the facilities upgrades and office renovation projects and supervising the training team on CPD/RME trainings. And you'll make sure the business continuity plan is always up to date.


Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration/ Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in international law firm
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
