Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking an associate with solid corporate M&A experience to join their growing corporate team. The team advises leading international, PRC and local corporations across various sectors on M&A, joint venture, disposal and restructuring transactions.
Requirements
- 3-5 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer with Solid M&A Experience
- Proficient in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
