Our Client is a leader in intelligent recruitment solutions with offices across Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. Their search, capture and parser technologies plug into CRM database to remove duplicates, fetch contact details and update database.
Their localised software supports data extraction in over 40 languages and they’re the only ones operating in Japan.

They are looking for a self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a hunter's attitude, to join their team as a Sales Manager responsible for the ANZ region. In return for your strong work ethic, sales skills and on-target delivery, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art technology, have regular access to high level business professionals and be mentored by some of the best in the industry. The position is available immediately, full time, with competitive base salary, benefits and commissions. Their Sydney office is in the heart of the city, on Clarence Street, and you will have the flexibility to work remotely as and when required.

You will generate new on-target business through cold calling, networking, targeted campaigns, social media, and other forms of outreach. Reporting to the APAC Sales Director, you will be a key member of a growing go-to-market team for all ANZ sales initiatives and will be required to manage the full-cycle sales process to meet your personal sales targets agreed with you during the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  •  Developing expertise in Daxtra’s offerings to effectively engage prospects in sales conversations.
  •  Cold-calling prospects to develop new business leads through consultative solution selling approach.
  •  Developing new business relationships with Staffing & Recruitment firms, Corporate TA teams, Job Boards, Social Sites and Software Vendors.
  •  Optimising the territory potential through thorough sales planning, targeting prospects, conducting customer site visits and effective sales presentations.
  •  Writing proposals, to include identification of software needs and ROI analyses.
  •  Cultivating and managing pipeline throughout the entire sales process – from lead-generation, cold calling, in-person and virtual presentations to writing proposals and closing.
  •  Pipelining and reporting to Senior Management.
Experience & Qualifications:
  •  Staffing & Recruitment and/or SaaS sales experience.
  •  Proven track record of delivering sales results with a goal-oriented mindset.
  •  Demonstrated ability to understand prospects’ needs and building rapports.
  •  Demonstrable success in building customer relationships and hitting sales targets.
  •  Experience with and understanding of ATS/CRM platforms is desirable.
