Key requirements:
- At least 10-15 years of relevant experience in bancassurance/partnerships distribution in Asia markets
- Possesses a track record in business development and strategic partnerships management
- Capabilities in nurturing strong trusting relationships with senior stakeholders
- Well-rounded understanding of HNW/customer segments/propositions/digital distribution models
- Willingness to travel
