They are widely considered one of the most technologies driven institutions across the region. You will be assisting in the ever-growing operations function, improving overall technical performance, and ensuring IT service availability.
In this role you will work with internal and external stakeholders, develop professional and customer focused relationships and identify areas for improvement for user satisfaction.
Job Description:
- Own the strategy, policies, processes, and standards at an enterprise level
- Responsible for ensuring life-cycle management
- Lead the operations function, providing functional direction to the regional virtual teams
- Monitor and report on productivity and efficient allocation of functional resources
- Own the IT service catalogue content relating to operations
- Participate in evaluation and acceptance of deliverables and project outputs
- Provide subject matter expertise in the specifications of this companies’ business requirements performance levels
- Review solution proposals and provide subject matter input
- Work with supplies and partner organizations to offer solution leadership, design, and assurance
- Work with various business units to understand deployment across different region teams
- Develop, maintain, and communicate the innovation strategy
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience with 5 years minimum of managerial responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with Wintel, VMware, and Automation Support (Ansible & Dynatrace)
- Proven experience managing KPIs and SLAs
- Experience working with and monitoring supplies performance in an outsourced environment
- Degree holder of IT related fields
- ITIL V4 Foundation Certificate or higher
- Excellent command of English - spoken and written
- Experience working in a financial services company is a plus
