The Role:
Our client is a leading international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a junior M&A associate in their corporate team. You will be focusing on both onshore and offshore private equity fund formation issues. You will be supporting a partner to give advice to PRC and foreign fund sponsors and investors.
Requirements:
- 1-3 PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyers
- Solid Experience in M&A and PE
- Proficient in English and Chinese
