What are your plans for 2022? Would you like to be the next super star working for an exciting and established FinTech?

Our client is transforming the lending industry through excellence and innovation. As a result of continued success and growth, we'd love to speak to experienced Lending Operations Managers about this exciting, and newly created position.

As you build operational excellence from the ground up, you will be responsible for creating and formalising the operational controls, frameworks and policies for the business.  You will also have the opportunity to build a robust and high performing team.

Your valuable industry experience incorporates:
  • 5+ years’ experience in lending operations, with a focus on building processes and governance.
  • Organically creating processes and workflows from the ground up.  Define, implement, and deliver requirements including policies, procedures, and daily operations
  • Team development and leadership
  • An understanding of lending regulatory responsibilities and the ability to embed the requirements into policies, requirements and procedures.
