The Role: 
My Client is a European Multinational looking to grow the legal team due to expansion. The ideal candidate would be someone who possesses general corporate and commercial drafting experience. This is an exciting opportunity for career development to transit inhouse to join a brand name organisation. The firm has a good culture and excellent onboarding experience.
 
You must:
  • Have an LLB (Honours) degree from a well-known university
  • Be called to the Singapore Bar, 2-5 years PQE
  • Experience preparing and negotiating a wide range of corporate commercial contracts (JV, M&A, Business legal advisory, and corporate secretarial)
  • Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
  • Ability to work well in team settings and to build relationships throughout all levels of the organisation
