This role will be providing all aspects of support whilst working closely with the collaborative IT team to maintain service alignment and quality customer service.


Job Description:
  • Provide high quality support service to the office by resolving incidents and requests
  • Install, configure and support hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers, telephones, mobile devices, etc.
  • To ensure appropriate use of IT systems, provide guidance to personnel on best practice
  • Support maintenance and assist in system emergencies (power outages, rebooting, shutdown and post-maintenance
  • testing)
  • Ensure end-users can use remote access
  • Build relationships and establish good communication with all levels of internal end-users
  • Liaise with external supplies in relation to maintenance and support services


Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience providing user support in a corporate environment
  • Bachelor or College Degree is preferred
  • Experience working within a law firm is strongly preferred
  • Good command of English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft based technologies (O365), documents management systems and mobile devices
  • Good with windows administration and networking is preferred
