The Brief:

Seeking an experienced and forward-thinking IT Operations Lead to lead technology initiatives and drive innovation within the organisation.
As the IT Operations Lead, you would be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure, implementing solutions, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems.

The Role:

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, networks, hardware, and software solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technology needs and propose innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Develop and execute the company's IT architecture, aligned with business goals and future needs
Manage IT projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
Establish and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect sensitive data and mitigate cybersecurity risks
Monitor and maintain network and system performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing preventive measures
Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring effective service delivery and value for the organization

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent
2+ years of demonstrated work experience in IT roles
Talented in developing and implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives
Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
