Responsibilities would include:
  • Investment Banking / Corporate Finance/ M&A
  • Strong financial modelling background needed to construct financial models, evaluate performance and analyzing impact of different capital structures and potential transactions
  • Perform valuation analysis, financial analysis using different methods eg. DCF
  • Preparing pitch books, full info memos (eg. 100 pages etc), investor presentation materials for client meetings and you will be involved in origination of deals from pitching to closing stages
  • Be involved in origination, structuring and execution of M&A deals   
  • Due diligence & valuation analysis on corporates and assets over the Asia pacific region, do research and able to use databases eg. Bloomberg for information
  • Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams, involvement in project management, execution

Profile of Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 2-6 years of experience for associate/ senior associate, M&A deal experience is mandatory and can do financial models
  • Preferably having prior relevant experience in investment banking/ advisory / M&A / Big 4 / Debt capital markets/ bonds
  • Open to relocation candidates if candidate is strong and want to relocate to SG
  • Team player, family culture
  • Strong work ethics and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
  • Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Detail oriented, highly motivated with a strong record of academic achievement
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PPT
