Our Client is a global Securities brokerage, seeking an experienced Ops Risk professional based in Japan. You will draw up and implement the firm’s risk management framework and partner with Business Leads on RCSA matters, mapping operational processes and identifying vital KRIs.
 

You will:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or finance and at least 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and standard accounting software packages.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese. Chinese a plus, for internal & external communications and engagement
  • Multi-tasker; capable of working on multiple projects at one time, often under pressure.
  • Familiar with regulatory requirements of the regulators and exchanges.
