Ethos are currently recruiting for a Head of FP&A to join a leading SaaS technology business based in Sydney CBD. This highly regarded brand has been at the forefront of there industry for a number of years and is looking to maintain their position with significant investment in both organic and inorganic growth.

 
The role entails much more than your average group FP&A role with a real focus on providing insightful strategic analysis instead of a focus on churning out reports. As such they require an inquisitive stakeholder manager who will engage with both the business and the executive to drive high quality decision making.
 
  • Identify and lead the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives to improve reporting processes, including developing and improving models and tools to assist in analysis
  • Provide decision support to BU level finance teams, learn and understanding key drivers of business and their impacts to group performance
  • Support M&A activity across the group
  • Work closely with IT and BU finance teams to gather reporting requirements to develop informative dashboards, reporting suites and analysis
  • Lead business planning process including strategic initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the Budgeting & Forecast process and critically analyse to recommend required changes.

Candidate Profile
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Extensive business partnering experience at a senior level
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription based business highly desirable 
  • Highly literate in the building of financial models
  • Experience working in a large complex group
