The Company: -
This reputable professional services firm is looking for a Head of Finance to join their team, reporting to Head of Greater China, Regional Director, Asia.  The Head of Finance will be responsible for the smooth running of the finance team and the finance functions in the Hong Kong and PRC offices.


Responsibilities: -
  • Provide focus to Partners on improving profitability
  • Managing the Hong Kong and PRC finance teams
  • Preparation of HK & China Statutory accounts
  • Oversee and review management accounts ahead of submission to group accounting
  • Preparation of the monthly and quarterly projections
  • Providing business analysis as required
  • Intercompany transactions
  • Provide, weekly / monthly cashflows to management
  • Leading annual budgets processes
  • Arranging partner distribution payments as advised by group accounting
  • Overseeing payroll
  • Statutory and management reporting
  • Planning and budgeting
  • Working capital and credit control
  • Other ad hoc duties

 
Requirements: -
 
  • A degree in accounting or other related disciplines
  • Chartered accountant, qualified
  • Excellent time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Strong commercial acumen, stakeholder engagement
  • Self-motivated with a winning mentality
  • An ability to overcome objections
  • Professional services an advantage
  • Leading a team and driving performance
