Join as Head of Alternate Distribution (Bancassurance) with a fast-growing insurance business. In this role you hold P&L responsibilities, and will manage a growing team. You will drive distribution of insurance products and solutions via assigned segments for the bancassurance channel. The successful individual should demonstrate excellent relationship building skills, and permeate stakeholder relationships. This role will be based in Singapore.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on distribution of insurance via Institutional Banking. Drive strategies for HNW products to deliver sales objectives.
  • Market analysis and review of assigned targeted segments for opportunities. Implement distribution strategies to onboard partners.
  • Engagement with partners regularly. Active tracking of partners’ sales activities.
  • Ready involvement in conducting new and refreshed product training.
  • Ensure processes implemented in accordance to regulatory compliance, and review operational processes and control.
 
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree Holder with 10 years of relevant experience in financial services/bancassurance and a successful track record to share.
  • Business Development and/or Account Management experience within banking/insurance.
  • Proven experience in sales distribution segments across HNW bancassurance / FA channels.
  • Excellent leadership qualities, interpersonal and communications skill.
  • Results oriented.  Commercial and good business connections.
