Due to business expansion, our client (an established Multinational Consumer Goods company) has a new opening for a Global Strategic Communications Lead.

The role is key personnel connecting employees through timely, relevant and credible communications and partnering closely with executive leaders to drive corporate vision, values, goals, and culture via employee engagement. Reporting to the Global Brand Director, you will lead the global communications strategy, manage the corporate responses to public relations, and create and moderate the PR community of practice throughout Asia.

You will be the point of contact for special strategic communications situations. These situations can be extremely time-sensitive, high-priority, and high-profile. You will have to keep abreast of current events and try to get ahead of situations that may require a strategic response.

To be considered for this role, you will have a track record of 8 years in corporate communications strategy / PR / government affairs, with hands-on exposure in handling high-profile situations (s), influencing senior leadership in decision-making, etc. This is a global role; you should be prepared for non-standard working hours and overseas travel if required.
