The Role:
Our client is an offshore law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a dedicated funds Paralegal to join their Investment Funds Group in Hong Kong. You will work closely with partners and associates to review and draft corporate legal documents and information related to formation, launch and ongoing regulatory and compliance matters regarding investment funds.
Requirements:
- Law graduates with 2-4 of funds related paralegal experiences are ideal
- Strong Spoken and Written English and Chinese
