A global real estate investment firm is seeking a Financial Controller to be based in Singapore.
Our client is setting up an office based in Singapore to support business expansion plans. Reporting to the Finance Director in Hong Kong, you will be the pioneer of the Singapore team and will be highly important for the team’s future development. The Financial Controller will be responsible for financial accounting, NAV, tax reporting and other operational work.
The ideal candidate has at least 10-15 years’ experience in accounting work experience for real estate financial reporting, tax reporting and financial control. You are a qualified accountant and must have experience specialising in real estate industry, ideally from buy-side.
