We are looking for a Finance Manager/Director to be part of a growing PERE firm in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity, suitable for an individual who is looking for a hands-on role.

The client is a growing PERE firm in Asia with offices in more than 8 countries and an AUM of USD1.5B.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Corporate level finance management - group financial reporting, consolidation, statutory financial and tax reporting.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage audit process across head office and portfolio companies.
  • FP&A – manage financial budgets and review portfolio companies’ budget and actual financial report.
  • Work with outsourced accounting providers to ensure accuracy of data across different finance functions.
  • Work with the investment team to manage the capital call process, ensuring the business has sufficient funds for pipelined deals.
  • Provide finance transaction support during investment and exit process for the business’ assets - documentation on board approval, resolution drafting, NAV verification reviews.
  • Any other adhoc and special projects


Successful candidate’s background:

  • Degree in Accounting and other professional certifications such as CA/CPA is preferred.
  • At least 8 years of relevant finance experience in a PERE/private equity or other relevant funds space.
  • Must be familiar with IFRS Accounting and have a good understanding of US GAAP.
