Our client is a top PRC law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banking and Finance Lawyer to join their team in Hong Kong. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in the banking and finance industry. Your expertise in transactional work, regulatory compliance, and risk management will be key in ensuring the success and legal compliance of financial transactions.
Requirements:
- 1 + PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
- Solid experience in the Banking and Finance Practice
- Strong command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
