The Role:
Our client is a leading offshore law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a finance lawyer in their finance and corporate team. You will be working closely with partners and senior associates on leveraged and acquisition finance, structured equity finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, banking finance, etc.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 PQE Hong Kong/England & Wales Qualified Lawyer
- Solid Experience in Finance Practice
- Strong Command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
