Sr. B2B Strategy & 4P Manager  

The Role:
The Japan B2B Strategy & 4P Sr. Manager reporting to Japan GM, is responsible for the entire Japan B2B GTM (Go to Market) strategy, VC (Video Collaboration) Category Management with P/L responsibility, and strategic partner alliance. The role will be directly responsible for 4P management, including product portfolio management, B2B channel management, pricing management, as well as Sales and Account Management Skills training in Japan. Other responsibilities will include special ad-hoc projects on as needed basis. This role will work closely with global & regional B2B team, Japan B2B Head, B2B Marketing team, and B2B Sales teams.

Your Contribution:
Be responsible for 4Ps of VC for Japan:
• Be the Product expert and decide positioning of different VC products by making comprehensive analysis for competitors’ products and positioning
• Responsible for Pricing decisions and communication for Japan in alignment with Region
• Through Marcom and GTM, drive Promotion, PR and Placement strategies working closely with B2B head and Sales team

Define effective GTM market model
Play an active role to work with sales to understand the local market status, identify the best GTM strategy, and lead channel execution
• Review/ track the GTM model in segments/ partners, take leadership to develop projects to improve the operation efficiency

• Fine tune Partner Program, Logicool One, to effectively enable partners for topline growth
• Standardize Reseller/Partner management and marketing tools with clear assessment criteria, operation process, and KPI measurement. Develop scorecard for Reseller/Partner operation and track timely, leading reseller/partner improvement projects

Strategic Partner Alliance for VC business
• Drive alliance partnership with global strategic partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, and Google
• Plan, execute, and track shared actions and performance with strategic partners

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Strategy, GTM, and 4P management roles including Product/ Category /Channel Management ideally in a B2B HW product company.
• Good project management experience with proven result
• Strong communication, presentation skill, and negotiation skill
• Good teamwork in multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to analyze, summarize and apply, and leverage resource in the organization
• Ability to handle complex and matrix relationship and decision process
• Native level of Japanese is must, and business level of English
